Preti Flaherty’s Litigation Group is one of the largest and most respected
litigation practices in northern New England. Recognizing that success is often
the result of pre-trial counseling, we advocate for our clients wherever
necessary – including consensual or mandatory ADR, domestic or international
arbitration, and trials in state and federal court.
Our experience is varied and extensive, including noteworthy successes in
matters such as class action litigation, toxic tort litigation, securities
claims, anti trust matters, professional liability litigation, construction
claims, lender liability claims, injunction of governmental agencies on
constitutional grounds, and libel defense of national publications and
broadcasters.
Licensed in over a dozen states and numerous federal courts, our litigation
team consists of over 30 litigators, including four senior partners who each
bring 30+ years of trial experience to the group.

face a critical choice in selecting legal counsel. In the art and science of
litigation, there is no substitute for experience, which we consistently use to
the advantage of our clients.
