Russell Hansen, Jr. has been appointed Co-Chair of the Business Law Section of
the Boston Bar Assocation (BBA). BBA President-Elect, Jack Cinquegrana appointed
Hansen to a 2 year term, joining Elizabeth Shea Fries of
Goodwin Procter LLP. He will succeed Kenneth Ehrlich of Nutter McClennen &
Fish LLP who will finish his two year term in August.
Hansen joined Preti Flaherty in 2006 and practices from the
firm’s Boston, MA office. Russ brings over 30 years’ experience as in-house and
outside counsel to the firm’s Business Law Practice Group. His principal
practice areas included corporate governance, securities, strategic partnering,
mergers and acquisitions and business transactions.
