Access to school facilities for school and community groups can be
troublesome and present awkward if not difficult situations. Learn the dos and

First Amendment. Get answers to questions such as:
- Should we ban a group because of substantially disruptive opposition?
- Can we require groups not to discriminate?
- Are there special rules for Boy Scouts?
- When is access available, can it be limited to after school?
