Biography

Kristy M. Smith practices with the firm’s Business Law Group in the Portland, Maine office. She focuses her practice on corporate transactional work, including commercial real estate purchase agreements, commercial lease agreements, business formations and other corporate matters. Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Kristy practiced corporate law with a small firm in Bangor, Maine.

Kristy is a native of Bangor and resides in Portland.
