Business Law
Katharine McCarthy joined the Portland office of Preti Flaherty in 2006 and
practices with the Business Law Group. She previously worked as a clerk at the
Maine Supreme Court for the Honorable Chief Justice Leigh Ingalls Saufley. While
in law school at the University of Maine, she served as the editor-in-chief of
Maine Law Review.
In her community, Katharine serves as Vice President of the Dartmouth Club of
Maine and sits on the Board of Trustees of Catherine McAuley High School.
Katharine received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, a
master’s degree from Harvard University and law degree from the University of
Maine School of Law.
She is admitted to practice in Maine and
Massachusetts.
