Daniel P. Luker practices in the areas of business law, bankruptcy,
creditor's rights, environmental law, and commercial and real estate related
litigation, including zoning and other land use matters.
Dan is a member of the Corporate and Banking, Environmental Law, Government
and Municipal Law, and Real Property Sections of the New Hampshire Bar
Association, and has lectured on civil enforcement, lien, and bankruptcy issues
on CLE panels sponsored by the New Hampshire Bar Association and the National
Business Institute.
Dan is a graduate of both the Leadership New Hampshire and the Leadership
Concord programs. He currently serves as a Director and
President of Groundwork Concord and as Manager and Coach of Concord Club
Lacrosse. He has previously served as a Director of the National
Kidney Foundation of NH and the Concord Business Group, and as a member of
Concord's Citizens' Zoning Advisory Committee and Downtown Concord Master Plan
Steering Committee.
Dan graduated from Hamilton College in 1977 and from Cornell Law School in
1986. He lives in Concord with his wife and two daughters, where he is involved
in local hockey and coaches several youth sports.
